In two towers, 11 Lawton, 48 stories, will be both condo and residential and 22 stories, 190 room hotel. The residential will be 596 units: 174 studios (all rental); 215-1 BR (44 condo); 148-2 BR (63 condo); 63-3BR (33 condo); 3-4BR (all condo). 60 apartments will be affordable units. Developer DB Main and Lawton LLC, designer Hill West Architects. The design maintains the historic bank at the corner of Main and Lawton, designed by architect Henry Bacon and constructed in 1906. The bank will become the hotel lobby and contain a bar, lounge and restaurant.
